As a coach, I will work with you to:
- Discover how your thoughts and beliefs may be acting as barriers and keeping you stuck in a negative feedback loop.
- Develop actionable tactics to turn around the underlying beliefs that keep you stuck in negative behavior patterns. By shifting our subconscious minds, we can find freedom from addiction, bad habits, and depressive stagnation.
- Retrain your brain to work for you rather than against you! We have the power to condition our thoughts towards positive outcomes rather than perpetuating worry and anxiety.
I cannot do the hard work for you, but if you are serious about change and personal growth, I will offer tools and support. Together we will get curious about what's driving your behavior and how to reclaim your personal power!
About Me
Skye Nicholson, Empowerment Coach
On January 7, 2018, I made the decision to take alcohol out of the Driver's Seat of my life.
Since that day I have been on a journey of self [re]discovery. As a mom of two young children, I can assure you that there have been some rocky patches, but I am learning to live mindfully and in the seat of my own inner power.
I believe the keys to freedom from whatever holds us back are SELF-COMPASSION and EMPOWERMENT. The methodology I use in my coaching is based on my intensive certification studies with Annie Grace through This Naked Mind Institute.
I am based out of Columbus, Indiana, with my husband and 2 kids. Location and time zone are not a barrier to success, however! All my coaching calls can be conducted over Zoom.
